We're currently seeking an ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop hands-on leadership, marketing, and operations experience in a fast-paced environment with clear paths to advancement.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll work directly with our leadership team and receive paid, hands-on training across multiple departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily business operations and campaign logistics

  • Assisting with the design and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns

  • Leading small outreach teams at live events to drive brand visibility and audience engagement

  • Ensuring smooth event setup, execution, and client satisfaction

  • Tracking performance metrics and contributing actionable insights

  • Participating in regular strategy and team development meetings

  • Helping onboard and train new hires to support team growth

What You Bring

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • A team-first mindset and a passion for learning and leadership

  • Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, high-energy environment

  • Interest in marketing, brand promotions, team building, and business operations

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or team leadership is helpful—but not required (we provide full training!)
